Naomi has been with Sendera Title for twenty years and currently serves as the Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer for our Aubrey branch office. Previously a Realtor, Naomi loves the interaction of working with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors and Builders and strives to provide an “above and beyond” service. She has extensive experience in closing residential, farm and ranch, construction, and commercial transactions. Currently residing in Tioga, Texas, she has a passion for living in a small- town atmosphere and attending local festivities.

Tammy Massey, an instrumental force at Sendera Title, leads with passion and expertise. Embracing the opportunity extended by Mr. Steve Brown over seven years ago, she transitioned from the computer industry to become an integral part of the Sendera team.
In August 2016, Tammy marked a milestone by helping to open the Grandbury branch, contributing to Sendera Title’s expanding presence. She finds fulfillment in sharing the industry knowledge she’s gathered over the years. On a personal note, as a proud resident of the Lone Star State, Tammy’s allegiance lies with the Cowboys.

Blanca Kelly, a seasoned closer for 25 years, is a passionate learner and avid traveler with a love for road trips. Mother to five children and two grandkids, Blanca brings a wealth of knowledge to Sendera Title.
A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and the University of South Carolina with a triple major in Operational Management, Marketing and Finance, she is also a certified paralegal, wedding planner, and event coordinator and holds an Associate Degree in Theology. With six years at Sendera, Blanca specializes in Residential Transactions, Builders’ Accounts, Developers’ Accounts and Estate Transactions, contributing her diverse expertise to the team.

Kristy Stiles, a dedicated member of the Sendera Title family for 12 years, brings 23 years of comprehensive experience to the title business. Passionate about all aspects of the industry, she specializes in compliance, audits, policies, organization and management.
Beyond work, Kristy treasures family time. Celebrating nearly two decades of marriage, she and her husband are proud parents to two incredible children, Ryan and Alee. They also embrace their role as doting grandparents to their grandson, Beau. Kristy holds an associate’s degree from Weatherford College and fondly supports her alma mater, Weatherford High School (Class of ‘97). A lifelong Cowboys fan, she continues the family tradition with heartfelt cheers every game day.

Sam Sanchez, an accomplished escrow officer with 24 years of experience, is a proud parent of four children–TWO sets of fraternal twins for double the fun times two! Celebrating 21 years of marriage, Sam’s family demonstrates a strong commitment to the armed forces, with three children dedicating themselves to various branches (Marines, Air Force and Army). Her oldest daughter will attend UNT’s music program in the fall to pursue Choir or Theatre.
Sam’s expertise extends to commercial projects, and before joining Sendera over four years ago, she specialized in hotel and multi-family development.
